Marine Map of the Baltic Sea

This map is not comparable with the Garmin Bluechart maps, but it still is a nice overview of the polish coast. The mapset can be downloaded as .exe file or as .zip file. The .exe file integrates the map directly into Mapsource from where you can send it comfortably to your Garmin device. The .zip file includes all necessary files to add the maps to Mapsource manually, otherwise you can also send the .img files directly to your Garmin GPS device.
